Blogger, culinary historian and food writer, of African American and Jewish descent Michael W. Twitty, will spend the evening tracing his family鈥檚 Southern roots through food. He will use historic interpretation, interviews with contemporary voices in food that led him back to his family鈥檚 origins in West and Central Africa.
