The Population Health Initiative has again partnered with CoMotion鈥檚 Innovation Fund to offer a $50,000 Population Health Innovation Award for the Fund鈥檚 spring 2019 round of funding. The Population Health Innovation Award will fund projects that support the initiative鈥檚 vision of creating a world where all people can live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
