The Population Health Initiative today announced the launch of a new COVID-19 rapid response grant program.
Awards of up to $20,000 each will be available to support 91自拍 investigators to quickly launch 91自拍 projects that address a range of population health-related challenges the pandemic has created.
“Our goal with this program is to accelerate novel 91自拍 that helps us to better understand or mitigate the impact of COVID-19 on all facets of life,” shared Ali H. Mokdad, the university鈥檚 chief strategy officer for population health and professor of health metrics sciences. “We know there are many innovative, COVID-related 91自拍 ideas being considered across the university, and we want to help 91自拍ers to begin work on some of those ideas as soon as possible.”
Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. Pacific on Thursday, April 16, 2020.
